The “Golos” movement conducted long-term and short-term public monitoring of the Single Election Day elections in Russia on September 10, 2017. The monitoring resulted in analytical reports and the statement. According to it the Central Election Commission' policy of intolerance to violations and fraud had an overall positive effect on the election process. Nevertheless, illegal strategies and tactics are still prevalent in certain regions.
