Adam joined the team in 2008. He studied politics and journalism in Opole / Poland and Eastern European Studies in Berlin. During the studies he focused on alternative movements in socialist Poland and on election monitoring in post-soviet countries. Last years he worked on several civil society projects in Eastern and Central Europe. Since 2004 he participated in several election observation missions to the countries of the former Soviet Union. Currently working in projects supporting domestic election observervation in the European Exchange' target countries.

Born 1975 in Poland, studied Art History at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. From 2000 to 2007 has worked in the National Museum in Gdansk, from 2007 to 2008 in the Castle Museum in Malbork and from 2009 to 2011 in the European Solidarity Centre in Gdansk. Her main professional occupation is management of exhibition, cultural and event projects. For the “European Exchange gGmbH” she works as a financial manager from 2011 on.
Born 1988 in Hamburg, Germany. Worked 2007 – 2008 as a Volunteer in the “Night Bus” at the organisation “Nochlezhka” (Night Shelter) in St. Petersburg. Earned 2011 a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and East European Studies in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2011 studying East European Studies at Free University in Berlin. Currently he is writing his master's thesis on the situation of the homeless people in Russia. Since April 2012 assistant at “European Exchange gGmbH".
